- Target of 3 x 20 minute workouts per week. - Variety of HIIT, Strength, Boxing, Core, Yoga and more. - Dumbbells required for some workouts but can also use water bottles instead! What results should I expect by completing this programme? This programme is all about keeping fit and active during the busy summer months and our focus is on ENJOYMENT and CHALLENGING yourself to try new exercises that you may otherwise not have. Will you lose weight? Will your body shape change? We can never be sure, but certainly don't rule it out...
