4 Simple Stretches For Tight Calf Muscles

Tight calf muscles? 🤔 Here’s a simple test and some stretches to help you lengthen them out a bit…

1️⃣ Standing calf stretch

2️⃣ Standing calf stretch with rotation

3️⃣ Heel drops off of stairs

4️⃣ Heel drops off of stairs with rotation

Hold for 1-2 minutes daily on each leg for 1 week and see if it helps.
