I Survived 30 Days Sugar Free & Here's What I Learned

We have just finished a 30 Day Sugar Free Challenge and here is my experience summarised for you. Hope it helps :) Now I'm off to buy some Haribo (lol)...

SUMMARY:


Positives:


✅ Proved I can beat my sugar addiction

✅ Got to try lots of new tasty, natural recipes

✅ Learned to LOVE fruit and natural flavours even more

✅ Eyes have been opened to how much sugar is added to every day foods


Negatives:


❌ No fat loss / weight loss

❌ Was VERY tough to stay motivated

❌ You will need more time (and money) to eat 100% sugar free

❌ My "hanger" levels annoyed the family lol
