Foam Roll your calfs, quads, glutes & hamstrings with myself and Sports Massage Therapist Dan Henderson of Guildford Sports Massage Therapy. We are using a @TriggerPoint grid roller but any style will do, even a Tennis Ball as demonstrated halfway through.
