❤️ Big News for 2026 - We’re Moving Home!

Hey team,

I’ve got some exciting news to share with you today, something that’s been quietly brewing behind the scenes and has finally come together.

From January 2026, we will be moving to our very own, private and gloriously beautiful home… Red Oak Barn at Priory Farm!

This is a big step for us, and I wanted you to hear it first because you - our awesome community - are the reason it’s happening.

The energy, the laughs, the effort, the heart you all bring to every single workout… that’s what’s made our community what it is today and now with our own dedicated space, tucked away in the beautiful Priory Farm Estate, our BARN door is well and truly open to a unique fitness offering that you won't find anywhere else in Surrey, or on the entire planet (in my humble opinion 😝 )

Now, let me tell you why this move is such a positive one for us.

Red Oak Barn is a beautiful space: bigger, brighter, surrounded by nature and it gives us full control over what we do and when we do it, and although I've got a heap of work on my hands to get the place 'Fitness Ready' here are some guarantees from Day 1:

This move opens the door for us to grow together with more 1:1 and Group Training, Workshops, Events, Meet-ups… all the things we’ve talked about for years.

I honestly can't wait to get started!

Now, I also know that change isn’t always easy, and I am aware not everyone will be able to, or want to make the move with us. And that’s okay. Truly.

What I want you to know, more than anything, is that every decision I make is to improve what we do together. I’m committed to keeping our community spirit, our fun, and our togetherness right at the heart of it all.
