Believe it or not I think we ALL struggle to feel 100% confident in our own bodies (yes, even us Personal Trainers too!) but WE MOST DEFINITELY CAN FEEL BETTER and ironically it's not going to happen by doing 1,000 burpees or running 5k everyday - it needs to start with how you think and view yourself every single day.
