📌 What kind of exercises will I be doing?
Every session is different, but you can expect weight training to build real strength, mobility work to keep you moving well - no running, jumping or high-impact burpees required (That's a promise!)

📌 What if I have joint issues or old injuries?

You're in the right place! Most of our clients are in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, with various niggles and 'dodgy knees' galore, and our sessions are designed to help your body feel better, not worse, with smartly designed programming that allows every exercise to be adapted to what your body can do right now. No pain... just plenty of gain!

📌 How often do I need to attend to get results?
Usually 1-2 sessions per week is optimal but of course every body is different so whether you wanna nail daily sessions or just dip your toe in occasionally, we've got you covered.

Start Your Intro Pack for just £25 and then you can decide to continue Pay As You Go from £10 per session or join our Unlimited Membership for just £49 per month. No contracts, No pressure - just whatever suits your goals!

Most members find booking via our app the most convenient option. it's quick and easy to book, track progress and find all the info you need. You can also join the waitlist for a full class here and be notified if a space becomes available. Download & join.

📌 What if I need to cancel?

We all know sometimes life has other plans so that's why we've made it easy to make change to bookings. You can cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours before session and it's easiest to do that through the app. Download & join

 

📌 Do I need to be fit already?

Nope. That's what we here to help you do - get fit - and all workouts are adaptable to your level with unlimited regressions and progressions to keep you motivated all year round.
