Learn To Love Carbohydrates

Going "low carb" has become a go-to option for many people trying to lose weight or get fit but is it as effective as we think and what could be the potential problems of trying it be for those of us who want to exercise?

The truth is Carbohydrates are essential.

For energy, for movement, for fuelling your brain and so much more.

So if you're trying to get fit or lose weight I would encourage you to avoid joining the "No carbs before Marbs" brigade and instead look to educate yourself on the best sources of carbohydrates and include them as part of a balanced diet alongside your exercise routine.
