Portion Size Matters For Fat Loss

Wanna lose weight? You’re gonna have to start being mindful of your portions.

✅ Start by reducing meal sizes by 10-15%

✅ Eat slower to allow your body a chance to digest food and help you feel “full” quicker

✅ Learn to read food labels and understand what portion/serving sizes actually look like in reality…it’s usually a lot less on the plate than you think.

Also, don’t forget your drinks, they count too!
