At the ripe old age of 37 I've come to the conclusion that I'm never going to see my six pack without the aid of an MRI scan and/or some cheap surgery somewhere in the depths of Europe involving a scary doctor and a very large carving knife - think I'll stick with my dad bod for now though!

As you can see, for most of us to get to the desired body fat percentage we need to actually see our six packs (Men > 10% | Women > 20%) there are some huge trade-offs required and to be quite Frank (lol) it's not something that appeals to me personally right now.
