Massive thanks to all our FWF Members who were able to make the trip to sunny Reigate on Saturday. It really was FANTASTIC to meet you all in person and can't tell you how proud I was of all of you for your efforts. Still buzzing about it now :)
For those that couldn't be there, we also filmed a new workout that I will edit and share on here for this weeks "Workout Wednesday".
Also already planning our next Workout Meet Up in my head so any suggestions for location very welcome.
