What results should I expect by completing this programme?
This programme is all about keeping fit and active during the busy summer months and our focus is on ENJOYMENT and CHALLENGING yourself to try new exercises that you may otherwise not have. Will you lose weight? Will your body shape change? We can never be sure, but certainly don't rule it out...
How much time do I need to exercise?
Your target is 3 x 20 minute workouts per week and you're free to complete them ANYTIME you wish simply by logging in and clicking play on your video. There is NO TIME LIMIT on completion so if you miss a week or 2 just catch up anytime.
What kind of workouts will we do?
Variety is the spice of life they say, and this programme comes ram-jammed with 18 unique workouts as chosen by the special guests featured in videos. Expect to get your heart pumping every day with a mix of HIIT, Cardio, Strength, Yoga and much more...
I have more time for exercise, can I do longer than 20 minutes?
As long as you feel good and have the energy you can always do extra time and/or extra activities. If you wish to extend your workout simply repeat up to 3 rounds!
