Turkish Get Ups

It's fair to say these aren't the most popular exercise choice in our community BUT I'm a huge fan personally and for the 5 - 10% of you that like to challenge yourself with weird and wonderful exercises like me you're in for a treat:


✅ Great for testing flexibility, mobility and strength

✅ Develops balance and core control

✅ Great brain workout too!

We included the exercise in Week 3 of our 4 week Kettlebell Starter Programme 🌶🌶 so when you're ready to take your new skill to the next level make sure you give the full workout a go and you'll be surprised how tough a workout they can be.



Next Level Challenge?


When you've mastered the technique with a Kettlebell you can channel you're inner "Luisa" (Encanto fans that's for you!) and pick up any object that's heavy to see how you get on. I've started with a barbell and got my eyes on my little blue Smart Car next. To be continued, if I survive lol...
