🎉 HUGE shoutout to Ruth – the newest (and very proud) member of the 100kg Club! 🏆 She absolutely smashed her all-time personal best, hitting 5 solid reps at 100kg on Hip Thrusts and officially joining the top 1% of women on the planet lifting that kind of weight! 💪🔥



What makes this even more inspiring? Ruth started just 18 months ago with 1kg weights, unsure and a little hesitant, but with consistency, patience, and a relentless spirit, she’s worked her way up rep by rep, week by week.
