“DEEP HEALTH” is a term used on a new course I’m studying with Precision Nutrition and something I’ll de digging into a lot more over the next few weeks and months with clients of Fit with Frank but I wanted to raise your attention to it today and open your mind to thinking about how YOU could start looking at other aspects of your life to help you move forward with your health and fitness this year.
