My experience would suggest lot's of you will share some common feelings with Robin and my message to you is simply to take a breath, re-evaluate your WHY and head forward with a much kinder and open mindset so that you are ready for the rollercoaster of emotions that weight loss can bring us.
Take one day at a time.
Remind yourself of WHY you started in the first place.
