Who It's For:
If you’ve never lifted a dumbbell before, or maybe you’ve tried a few workouts on YouTube but weren’t sure if you were doing them right, this is for you.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of strength training with safe, easy-to-follow workouts you can do at home or in a quiet corner of the gym. No guesswork, no intimidation, just a clear path to getting stronger and feeling proud of yourself forever more.
What You Get:
• 6 weeks of progressive dumbbell strength workouts (3 per week)
• Videos for every exercise, right in the app
• App scheduling on the days you choose
• Trackable reps, sets, and weights so you see your progress

Programme Format:
Phase 1: Full Body Dumbbells
(Week 1 and 2)
Phase 2: Upper / Lower Body
(Week 3 and 4)
Phase 3: Push / Pull / Legs
(Week 5 and 6)
Equipment Required:
Minimum of 1 pair of dumbbells. (If you have access to more, then great!)

No problem, you can drag and drop your sessions to any day that suits you in the app.
