Struggling to book a session? 🫣 Here’s what I’m doing to help…

Updated: Feb 27

Firstly… thank you.

The fact that so many of you want to train at the barn is an incredible ā€œproblemā€ to have. I don’t take it for granted for a second.

That said, I’ve heard you. Being on a waiting list isn’t ideal. And after your recent survey feedback, one thing is crystal clear: space and quality matter. No one wants to feel cramped. So we are keeping session capacity capped at 12 (for now)

Here’s what I’m doing to help free up more spaces:

1ļøāƒ£ Fry-Yays Are Here

We’ve added an extra class on Friday lunchtimes 12:30-13:15pm so if you fancy finishing the week strong (and sneaking out of work for 45 minutes) come and join us:

2ļøāƒ£ Extra Outdoor Space (Whatever the Weather)

I’ve ordered a temporary pop-up gazebo for the front of the barn.

For circuit sessions, this means:

  • āž• Up to 4 extra spaces

  • āž• An additional outdoor cardio station

  • ā˜” Protection from the unpredictable English weather

If it’s dry, great - we’ll use the fresh air. If it’s raining, we’re covered.

3ļøāƒ£ Fair Use Policy (One Session Per Day)

To give everyone a fair chance to book in, we’re implementing our fair use policy:

  • Unlimited members can book one session per day maximum

  • You can still train up to five days per week

  • Double sessions can happen on the day if spaces are available

This will be reviewed monthly as we continue adjusting capacity, especially as summer gives us more room to expand.

This barn is brand new. I’m learning every single week.

We’re tweaking layout. Adding equipment. Testing solutions. Listening to your feedback. And every decision is made with one thing in mind:

Your experience. Your opportunity to train. Your enjoyment is number ONE priority.

Thank you for your patience while we grow into this space properly. Thank you for your feedback. And thank you for backing what we’re building, because ultimately, this place exists for you.

Keep the feedback coming.

I’m all ears.

Literally and metaphorically.

See you soon! šŸ’Ŗ
