Granny Trace Is Too Strong for Her Dumbbells Now… And We Love It 💥💪🏼🤣

Let’s all take a moment to appreciate the absolute legend that is Tracey – better known in our corner of the fitness world as Granny Trace.
Over the past 12+ months, she’s been quietly (and consistently) smashing it – getting stronger, fitter, and lighter than she’s been in years. She’s down over 11kg, lost more than 17cm off her waist, and the only real problem we’re facing now is that her dumbbells just aren’t heavy enough anymore. She’s literally outgrown her weights. Someone get Argos on speed dial.
How did she do it? No magic pills. No cabbage soup diets. Just good ol’ fashioned effort, consistency, and a bit of Fit with Frank spice. Here's what she focused on:
🏋️♀️ Strength training at home using my workouts (and building up to beast-mode dumbbells)
🍗 Monitoring her protein intake like a boss
🔢 Keeping an eye on calories, without turning into a human calculator
⚽️ Running rings around her grandkids at the park, playground and swimming pool
😅 Showing up even when life threw curveballs (including injuries and the occasional “can’t be bothered” day)
🙌 Trusting the process and playing the long game – no quick fixes in sight!
What makes Tracey’s journey so special isn’t just the numbers. It’s her attitude. She kept going when things got tough. She didn’t chase perfection, she chased progress. And she’s proof that being a grandma doesn’t mean slowing down… in fact, it might just be the start of something brilliant.
