Wherever works for you!
I’ll give you options for both – home or gym – so you can train in your slippers or surrounded by mirrors. You’re in control.
🕒 When do I do the workouts?
Anytime you like. Early bird? Night owl? Lunch break warrior? You’ll have the flexibility to train when it suits you. All workouts are waiting for you inside the app, ready when you are.
👶 Is this suitable for beginners? What if I’m more advanced?
Yes and yes!
