What equipment do I need?
Just a pair of dumbbells to start — and if you don’t have any, a couple of baked bean tins will do the trick 🫘💁♀️(You’ll get guidance on what to use and when to level up as you go.)
How much time will this take?
Just 30 minutes per week, plus optional access to:

How do I access workouts?
All workouts are available on my YouTube Channel and pre-loaded into my FWF Academy App for those who have access.
