Who is this challenge for?

This challenge is for fabulous women over 40 who want to get stronger, feel more confident, and finally start strength training — without the hassle or awkwardness of a gym. Whether you're brand new to lifting or coming back after a break, you're in the right place 💪


What equipment do I need?

Just a pair of dumbbells to start — and if you don’t have any, a couple of baked bean tins will do the trick 🫘💁‍♀️(You’ll get guidance on what to use and when to level up as you go.)


How much time will this take?

Just 30 minutes per week, plus optional access to:

  • BONUS: 5-minute mobility sessions

  • A bit of time to check in with the group and soak up the fabulous vibes!

This is designed to fit your life, not take it over.


How do I access workouts?

All workouts are available on my YouTube Channel and pre-loaded into my FWF Academy App for those who have access.


Is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The workouts are low impact, joint-friendly, and designed specifically for women over 40. You’ll be guided on technique, form, and how to progress at your own pace.


What happens after the 6 weeks?
